An actress and filmmaker, in 1991 she made her best-known feature film together with her regular collaborators Ashley Hans Scheirl and Dietmar Schipek. It's the futuristic dystopia Flaming Ears. The rest of her filmography is populated by shorts, created both individually and collectively. The main focuses of her work are sex, lesbian relationships, pyromania and the lives of artists, and she approaches these themes from the codes of fantasy, science fiction and anti-romanticism. She currently lives and works in Hamburg.
