Kren juxtaposes blocks of images in montage sections cut at different rates and speeds. Those "who look out the window" – older people who rest their elbows on cushions when they look out the window – observe the activities on the streets below: this action starts and ends the film and is repeated several times throughout the work. There are also some sections depicting debris and broken glass, pedestrians, and positive and negative images of the moon.
