Physiologist Étienne-Jules Marey is one of the first filmmakers in history, with a body of work marked by a precise aesthetic and encyclopaedic ambition. Marey Atlas pays homage to these films and the scientific aesthetic of the early years of cinema that still fascinate the eye today. The session also includes the live music of Mamut Cinema, created specially for the occasion.
