German filmmaker Helga Fanderl films her films in Super 8, camera in hand, with no postproduction. She also carefully constructs her own programmes of screenings for each occasion and presents them in person. In this performative talk, she will explain in detail her filmic practice and illustrate it with a series of pieces that she will screen herself in Super 8.
