Vanessa Agudo is an art historian, critic and film programmer. Since 2010 she has formed part of Lumière magazine. In 2011 she also contributed articles and text illustrations to Détour magazine. The specialized publications with which she has been involved include Internacional Godard (Lumière, 2010) and Jeannette Muñoz. El paisaje como un mar (Lumière, 2017). She currently also writes for contrapicado.net. She was a member of the Critics Jury of L’Alternativa, the Barcelona Independent Film Festival (2018) and D’A, the Barcelona International Auteur Film Festival (2019). She has presented sessions at Zumzeig, Xcèntric and the Filmoteca de Catalunya, among others.
