Graduate in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Seville, and Master’s in the History and Aesthetics of Cinematography from the University of Valladolid. Book editor at Athenaica. Author of the book Un cine febril. Herzog y ‘El enigma de Kaspar Hauser’ (Metropolisiana, Sevilla, 2008) and coordinator of El batallón de las sombras. Nuevas formas documentales del cine español (Ediciones GPS, Madrid, 2006). He writes about cinema, literature and theatre for the Diario de Sevilla, to which he has contributed since 2000, and in which he publishes the blog ‘News from Home’. A contributor to various magazines (Letras de Cine, Cámara Lenta, Lumière, So-Film España) and specialist books (Claire Denis. Fusión fría).
