A three-part film in dialectical movement, in reference to the work All My Life by Bruce Baillie. The song of Hoagy Lands that gives title to the piece, whose lyrics refer to the sun of California and its promises, is interrupted by the sounds of a guitar. Two women, a bed, an armchair and the beauty of the exterior landscape.
