Diary filmed between 1983 and 1991 by Lehman in which he tells his daily life as a filmmaker while preparing a film about Babel. First he wanders around Brussels homeless, filming the preparations for his departure and his many doubts. But there is also fiction, which tells the adventures of an anti-hero who hurts to love. The whole ends up being a portrait of the Belgium of those years.
