Vítor Magalhães

Artist and professor at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Madeira. The themes and methodologies that go through the development of his artistic projects and research are: linked memory processes to a quasi-archaeological and critical methodology of the modes of representation; the voice-time as a disruptive practice of languages; the transnarrative devices of the image; the paradoxical relationships between image and text; or the diagrammatic conceptual praxis in contemporary art.
